Hiring Young Adults on the Spectrum: Our Approach
How we structure roles, training, and growth so neurodivergent team members thrive.

A meaningful first job changes a young person's trajectory. For young adults on the spectrum — many of whom are turned away by traditional employers — that first job is harder to land than it should be.
Quick answer We design roles around clear routines, visual checklists, paired mentoring, and predictable schedules. The result is a workplace where neurodivergent team members consistently outperform.
Structured roles Each role has a written, visual checklist and a clear sequence. Ambiguity is the enemy.
Paired mentoring New team members work alongside an experienced cleaner for the first 60 days. We pair carefully.
Growth paths Defined milestones — solo client visits, lead, trainer — give team members something concrete to work toward.
If you would like to support this work, the most direct way is to hire us. Every client visit funds a meaningful job.
