Post-Construction Cleaning: What to Expect
The three phases that turn a renovation site into a move-in-ready home.

Post-construction cleaning is not the same as a deep clean. Drywall dust, sawdust, and adhesive residue require specific equipment and a phased approach.
Quick answer Expect three phases: rough clean (debris removal), detail clean (surface-by-surface), and final touch-up before walkthrough.
Phase 1 — Rough clean Remove stickers, large debris, and protective films. Vacuum drywall dust with HEPA equipment. Wipe down ceilings and walls.
Phase 2 — Detail clean Detail every fixture, polish hardware, clean interior windows, scrub grout, and condition new wood surfaces.
Phase 3 — Final touch-up After contractors have walked through, a final pass catches fingerprints, footprints, and any settling dust before the homeowner arrives.
We work with builders and homeowners across Flagler and Volusia. Contact us for a phased estimate.
